When you ate there you were within walking distance to Bill Wilcom’s home. The locals get it. I have lived here since 1977 and went to the drag strip as a kid. He and his father built the restaurant to feed farm hands and Bill was born on the farm across the street. He is in his 80’s and a local legend here. The food is 5 star and just as good is the atmosphere and service. The owners truly care about Monrovia and take much pride in serving unique quality food. Its like home…
