Location and Market Details
The NorthWest Crossing Farmers Market Bend is held every Saturday generally from the beginning of June through September. You’ll find it nestled in the heart of the Northwest Crossing neighborhood — a pleasant town center style area on Bend’s west side.
The market runs for about two blocks west from Compass Park.

Parking at NorthWest Crossing Farmers Market
There is ample street parking around the market. We usually start our search for parking around Compass Park. You can park curbside at the park or surrounding streets.
Be mindful when parking in front of houses to stay off sidewalks and yards, and not block driveways.
What Makes This Market Special?
Bend is lucky to be surrounded by some of the best farmland in the country. That provides great access to fresh, organic produce and excellent farmers’ markets.
Many residents consider the Bend Farmers Market that is held right downtown on Wednesdays (11 AM to 3 PM) to be the ‘main’ town farmers market.
And while this is also a great farmers market to visit, we believe the NorthWest Crossing farmers market is superior.
What makes the Bend Oregon Saturday Farmers Market so special? It’s mostly about the vendors:
Fresh, organic fruits and vegetables from regional farms
Artisan bread, pastries, and other baked goods
Handcrafted cheeses and cured meats
Beautiful cut flowers and plants
Unique arts and crafts from local makers
Ready-to-eat foods from beloved Bend food stalls and food trucks
There’s also entertainment and an emphasis on sustainability and community support.
Some Vendors We Buy From
To give you an idea of the type of vendors at this market, I’ll share some from which I made real purchases during a visit I made in June 2025.
I arrived early, before the market opened, and had breakfast at a great local spot – The Sparrow Bakery (right on the market route).

- Dump City – dumplings for lunch!

Tips for Visiting the NorthWest Crossing Farmers Market
Make the most of your visit with these tips:
Arrive early for easy parking and fewer crowds. Gets busy around noon.
Bring reusable bags or baskets.
Bring your kids and plan to have lunch at the market (plenty of food vendors!)
Unlike most places in Bend, no dogs allowed!
Try to use cash. Virtually all vendors will take credit cards and mobile payments. But help these businesses by paying cash.
Be patient! Some stalls will have lines.
